For our small school, joining EQUA Mead has been transformative. Being part of a larger family of schools has enabled us to be more outward-facing, to learn from excellent practice across the Trust and to continually reflect on how we can improve the experiences and outcomes of our pupils. Through collaboration with colleagues, professional development opportunities and access to a wide network of expertise, we are able to provide even greater opportunities for our children and staff.
Importantly, becoming part of EQUA Mead has not meant losing what makes our school special. The Trust values the unique identity, ethos and place each school holds within its community, recognising that schools are strongest when they remain rooted in the communities they serve.
